| Would like to seal up the fiberglass hood to my Baja Bug. So far havent found a gasket that works. Havent had any luck with the stock gasket. Anyone found a gaskets that works? |

You could maybe use something like weatherstripping, Try the rubbery foam kind, Thats what I used to seal the top part of my hood from rain and it works pretty good.
I dont have it all around, just up by the windshield. |

| IF the hood is fit on the car right you can glue a strip of felt on about 3/4 of an inch wide and it works pretty good. I have used the soft side of velcro before too, but it tends to shrink over time and exposing glue and making a mess. You can also try to visit your local paint supplier, they usually carry universal weather stripping. |

Stock rubber seal on the stock parts and Home Depot weather seal on the fiberglass...
