I'll ask here....if "chat" is open to all, then why are many "kicked" or "banned"....`

It's open to all.

There are only 2 bans... you're one of them, because you're as abusive in chat as you are in the forums. Learn to get along with others and maybe people will like you.

Stop posting when you're drunk and maybe you'll be allowed back in chat.

Can you provide me with details of when or where I violated chat rules?

I have asked EB, and he just said the "kick" feature was abused in the "chat room"....

I haven't mentioned "****" since you asked me not to. Even though it's OK for Seinfeld to joke about. Rememberthe Soup ****? did you protest that episode?

"Liked" or "Disliked", is not my aim....simple rule following parcipitation...nada mas.

Let's just say... I don't approve of it and I have no control. But being a Mod here gives me some control.

When Bill Cosby said "attractive and successful african american please" has to stop, I totally agree.

It just seems to fight with all the mods and while you do contribute, you do post some inflammatory stuff.

i had a long talk with him and i thought he understood it like an adult.
it seems thats not the case.
chat isn't just about you, but the others in chat too. if you can't behave to a reasonable level then you get kicked.
no one else has to put up with it.
no one should have to.
deal with it or find something or someplace to get your jollys when you are drunk.

First, I already answered this to you in an email several days ago.

You can't follow the rules in the normal Forums.
People who can't follow the rules are not treated with respect in Chat.

The "kick" feature is sometimes abused in chat but every time I have checked the chat logs, it has always been justified.

Chat is not for everyone.
If you don't like the way you were treated in Chat, don't use it.

If you don't want to follow the rules of the site, please leave the site.
