Hi, Just an idea here, if it's a stupid one I wont mind you saying so.
I have been looking around the classified at the busses for sale, I've been mainly looking at pre-57 busses and if you do a search right now and hide the wanted ads you will find a couple of pages of busses for sale. At least half a dozen of them are brazilian and not pre-57, it's not the end of the world but it is a bit annoying having to wade through all these mid seventies busses that are listed incorrectly.
What I am getting round to saying is could there maybe be a section called non-german made type 2 or something along those lines? That way if I feel the need to get the bus version of a transvestite I can look in there, and that way, when I put in 1950 - 1957 in the search bit, it will find the right thing for me, maybe it could automatically detect key words, like when you put ebay into your ad it tries to put your ad in the ebay section.

It's not stupid and this is a problem with the Brazilian Buses.
They have Split-screen bodies so I have been leaving them in the Split-screen section even though they are post-67 but you are correct that they should not be listed as 1950s Buses.
I did the search you mentioned above and changed the years to the 1970s. I will contact the seller. Please hit report on those ads that are mislisted in the future. |
