Got another one in the mail yesterday. Bought it very slighty used for cheap. That make 1 in use, 1 waiting the final asymbly and 1 waiting in the wings.

Besides finding junk that was in your motor, you've got 2 problems.

#1. 20w50 is some thick stuff. 90% of the cars running in the US are using 5w30 or 10w10. Why aren't you?

#2. Hp-1's aren't what they used to be. There are a bunch of threads in the performance forum on this very issue (search). We want good filtration and quality construction (so it doesn't blow up). I've been using Puralator pure one filters. I haven't had any problems, but if you ask 10 people you will get 10 different answers as to what is the best filter.
