I have 3 CNC 3/4" square reservoir master cylinders that need to be rebuilt.

I have the kits but want to make sure I do it right.

Does anyone know where I can find an exploded diagram?

As you take it apart lay it out in a line . replace the parts you need to replace . put back together.

its actually pretty simple just do one at a time and there really is not very many parts to replace

That would be perfect if I had not already dis-assembled all three and cleaned them all in prep for the rebuild.

X2 on the award! I got my first award (of many) when I disassembled the drums all the way around on the farm tractor. Yup, you guessed it, no book. :wink:

I'll go out tomorrow and dissasmble mind for you and take pics. (I need to rebuild mine badly, I just need to find a rebuild kit). The CNC is a little different from the diagram posted. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me note.

The only thing I have encountered with them is that the brake piston can be different from the piston for the clutch. It may have an extra little plastic cup with a seal at the very end(pressure side). They are specific as to the way the cup and seal orient, the rest is pretty straight forward.

I agree....not the smartest move...but I did do one thing correctly. When I removed the first I kept it all in order and taped it together so I do have a "template" to go by. I just thought that since they sell rebuild kits they would have diagrams readily available.

All three were in really bad shape. They had been left outside and ignored for years. The brake fluid inside was like a firm, crumbled jello. The screws on the easy fill caps were rotted. The caps were corroded and stuck. They were a mess. I have cleaned them, done some paint to detail them, and honed the cylinders.
