I searched the forum but couldnīt find anything about the front brake dustcaps (Nabenkappen) for barndoors. I am missing two of them and I was wondering if someone knows where to get them ? Is somebody reproducing them ? Can I use later dustcaps also ? Or maybe similar ones from another car/truck ?
Donīt have the drum here so I donīt know the diameter, but
sure theyīre bigger than the beetle ones. |

| They are the same as 55-63 bus as far as i know. |

Does anybody have the diameter of a center(dust)cap ? It really would be helpful. I wonīt be in the shop until next week, so I canīt measure it right now.

Sorry Chris, no BD measurements, but I checked a friends 57 and early 63 bus and they both are 62mm (brake drum diameter, where the dust cab will go in).

I have here NOS barndoor breakdrums, they are also 62 mm !
