go to control panel, then click profile, then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and you'll see where it says upload avatar..
the only tricky part is making the picture small enough, i haven't figured that out yet.....i can down size the pic in windows paint but i can only get it down to about 40kb and still be viewable.....i think the limit is 8kb
maybe someone else will chime in |

| Microsoft office picture manager is suitable for this, I don't think you'll get good results with Paint. |

The Gimp, is free. It is almost as powerful as Photoshop.
