Only person I would trust... and who I bought my beautiful headliner for my '52 Split was Lenny Copp over at West Coast Classic. Dont waste your time with anyone else..

I have used them for years on oval and up h-liners. the last one was for a 62 ragtop and it fit perfect. I believe they make them up as needed not in mass.

They are in Germany but you get a split headliner there.

I thought I might as well put my twopenneth in!
I ordered my headling and canvas sunroof cover for my early '52 from Himmel Service in Germany. Corresponded with Mark Cornelius who was very helpful and the transaction went very smoothly! It hasn't been fitted yet, but it looks super nice! :)
I ordered a complete streiffen braun interior from Ricardo. Only the door and rear quarter panels have arrived so far. I am very pleased with these as they look perfect and I hope the rest of the interior looks just as good. I'm sure it will. :)
I ordered the carpet set from Lenny Copp back on December 7th 2009 and am still waiting for it. I know he has been ill as a result of a fall, but communication has been sparce to say the least. So at the moment I have no comment to make about his products, but I will keep you posted.

Michael.

I just received my headliner from Himmelservice. Thanks to Usarieman for referance. Marc kept me informed the whole way through the transaction, no hassles. I will do business with them again!

Some follow-up questions:
What did Himmelservice end up recommending (as far as material type and color)for your '52?
Are the pieces pre-cut and ready to install, or is it just material?
Do they also have the sound deadening material? Did you source any/what are you planning on using?
How long did it take for shipping?Mahalos!

Headliner is cut and ready to install. I have the brown interior, pastel green car, the headliner is light tan which they said is correct. I didn't ask about padding. I'm hoping my upholstry guy has the padding I need. They shipped the day after my $$ got there, took 1 1/2 weeks to arrive in Pa.

I contacted them about a carpet set for my convertible (no split, sorry) and Marc was very quick with his reply. However when I ordered a set he asked me to send my original carpet. Unfortunately it did not come with my car. I have send Marc another email but they are on holiday untill the 14th. Would the original carpet be necessary to make a new set? sorry bout the hijack

When I ordered carpets for my -57 cabrio I got some wrong parts but after some pics and discussions it all sorted out.
They got templates for all different years but I think that they have mixed them up a bit so that is why he wants your old ones.
