I'm looking for this spacer parts # I think it may be 211-501-303C but not sure.

do think it's reusable?

What's the issue? are those dark spots pits? Clean them out, fill them with JB weld and sand/polish it smooth. Or if the new seal rides on the smooth area do nothing.

I needed one of these, too, but was unable to find anything. I reinstalled mine as is, but after reading Busdaddy's advice, I think I'll pull it off again and try the JB. There is a seal surface repair sleeve called "Speedi-Sleeve" http://www.daltonbearing.com/chicago-rawhide/chicago-rawhide-speedi-sleeves.aspx
I think most seal and bearing shops, tractor and pump repair, and machine shops can get them. They're about $35, though.

That spacer primarily deals with thrust loads when that axle is on the inside of a corner, so the sides are the working surfaces. The outer surface is used for the grease seal and again I would shy away from JB Weld on those surfaces as it has silicates which can be abrasive in a shear environment.

Take it to a machinist and have those pits polished out.
I Did that to a Type 3 automatic drive plate that was pitted, and it only too .002" to clean it up. that is something that any seal can handle.
