Time once again to Spring into the Springs at beautifull Ginnie Springs Outdoor Resort near High Springs FL. http://www.ginniespringsoutdoors.com/
Everyone bring your tubes / kayaks / small boats / snorkle-scuba gear / horseshoes / bocce ball / bikes / and your appetite.... cause we are either eating, planning what to eat, or spinning the blender! We will be doing the famous Breakfast Burritos on Saturday morn, and of course the ever popular potluck dinner / island dance party on Saturday night. Of course this being a private campground, open containers are abound all weekend!
Tell your friends/family etc. even if they don't own a VW yet... this would be the perfect opportunity to brainwash/infect them with the disease. This is a really great campout...lots to do... Over 200 acres in the woods along the Santa Fe River with a hour and a half tube flote and several crystal clear springs to explore!
The turnout was great last spring with almost 100 people and 50 vdubs!! We had Full Moon members come from as far away as Virginia Beach and N. Carolina!!! I hope you can join the "Usual Suspects" and make this one even better... families too as we had quite a few kidilums last spring and they were fantastic... come for one night or the entire 4 day weekend...we would love to meet you!
We camp near the boat ramp in a large group setting but you must contact Carl to pre-register and reserve a spot and get on the list to get the group discount. Call Carl at 813-310-6634.

P.S. Dont' forget your costume for Motormouth Monks (The VW Teki God) Island Dance Party! Be sure to come wearing your best island attire such as loin cloths and war paint for the guys and grass skirts and co-co-nut tops for the girls. Really anything island/carribean like goes! Pirates welcome! We encourage your creativity for this years costumes!

Keep tellin' yourself that. It was good last year & the year before. Wish I could say the same for the previous years, but I wasn't there.

Ginnie Springs ain't going anywhere, it'll be there the next weekend.

Matt, you brought the nurses to the O.C.O.D Ginnie Springs camp trip. :wink:

We were there for the full moon campout, and the ocod run. But there were 6 nurses with us at the ocod event, only 3 at the full moon deal. either way that place is a blast!

CTS is Ok, but this year they aren't haveing the shop party so it won't be as fun as previous years. I did it two years in a row and I have to say I have more fun at Ginnie Springs and I dont' have to drive 14 hours.

The best part is I only have to drive 2 hours, I have a cool river to float down, we have a huge party saturday night, there are girls, and all the alchoal you can drink. I don't drive a day up there and a day back, so I have two whole extra days just to sit and BS with friends which is what I do in Charlotte anyway.

I don't wish to knock Jake and the crew but I think they shouldn't have messed with a winning formula. I wish them the best but I have a hard time believing that it will ever be as good as it was.
