that sucks man i was lookin forward to hearin all the yellow rivs jokes from ya.. hopefully youl be in yak this year.. Lookin forward to seein longroofs tho always a good time with you guys.. Jake and i will be there runnin down rabbits in our 58s :lol:

It's funny how WA shows are around here on thesamba. They (threads) never seem to generate more than a couple of pages at the most in the show/event forum yet 400+ cars show up along with selling out most of the swap spaces. I'm comparing that to the threads that have 15+ pages worth (of who knows what sometimes) and continue even after the event. No big deal really as long as the people/cars show up, it just struck me as funny in a dry not really laughing sorta way.

so I am not camping but will head down saturday morning from Renton. Is there any of you that would like to train down together from the area?? I will be driving the vanagon since the bus has no wheels.

Longroofs, Sarah, and Ekimikem headed out today. Hope the pass is clear by the time they get there, it was closed yesterday and had some big snow overnight.

Another good show by Olydubs. I'm glad my boss let me go.
Clara's BD on the dyno was great!
My footatoe couldn't take much more so I'm glad the show was a little smaller this year.

Backatcha, Kelly. Maybe before I get my Puck down your way I'll bring the buggy down for a test cruise. On maiden voyages, it is always good to know that there is someone at your destination with tools and knowledge of vw's as least as good as your own. Too bad I didn't have it put back together for this show...only one other buggy there. That's what happens when you start on your "winter" projects in late MARCH.

Anybody know if the "cruise for the cure" cruise up Snoqualmie Pass is coming off this year in May? I haven't seen anything about it....(EDIT: Just googled it. It is Sunday, May 2nd.)
