| When you said it was going to deviate from stock I was expecting a real mess, but that is bloody lovely. Very good choices there, looks great. Sure it wasn't cheap, but if you can afford it that is money well spent. |

| I am also rebuilding my westy furniture out of baltic birch (along with a granite countertop) because I like the lighter woods and dovetail joints. Germans are good engineers, but lousy carpenters (at least in the Westy shop). |

that came out awesome! very nice restoration that, in my opinion, i wouldnt think twice about doing if i were you!
not sure if it was asked, but if you dont mind me asking, about how much was the total resto of your bus? |
