Classifieds ads with "Paypal only", or "no shipping on this item".. even tho when the item is small enough to mail through the post office.

You can mail crankshafts and flywheels through the post office.

Yup. :D

What gets my goat is the online retailers that will not use the post office for shipping.
And UPS is almost twice as much, and only half as fast.
I needed to ship a bumper to Japan. UPS wanted $230 for ground shipping.
Post office shipped it for $93, and the buyer had it in less than 6 days.
I ordered a generator from one of the BIG online retailers last Saturday. It was not shipped until last night. And then it was by UPS ground. Cost me $27 shipping. I will not get it for over a week, making it 2 weeks total.
Postal flat rate box would have been about $11.00 and I would have had it in 2 days.

I was told the post office can't track it if it becomes lost.

what pisses me off is...

my bug will run great for months and out of the blue the shit pile won't start... wtf!!!

also... assholes will cut me off without using the signal just to slam on the brakes...

They have traced them for me.
The bumper I shipped to Japan, I knew when it hit Japanese customs. They just don't supply a step by step tracking like UPS.
If you pay for delivery confirmation, they can track it.

For example, New front end installed and aligned then, on the way home, my speedometer stops working. Then I get home and park then, the EM Brake cable snaps. GRRRRR.....
All on a Car that, "Needs Nothing". (famous last words from the P.O.)

Don't get me wrong, I love my Thing but, DAMMIT.
Stupid P.O.
The lying' bastad shoulda known that the speedometer and the e-brake cable were about to break.
"Needs nothing" + Unrestored = Needs everything

I looked it over and knew this little detail and so I knew what needed to be done first in sequence. It's just some of the little things break at the worst time. I see the P.O. all the time and we talk about my "LIST". He probably thinks I'm crazy. Why fix some stuff that "Ain't even broke yet".

I always think of the "E. Buzz Miller's Art Classics" skit on SNL with Dan Aykroyd, where he's talking about Titian, but pronounces it "titty-an."
