I just purchased a set of Dan Gurney Ind. wheels from WinterJam this past Sunday and was wondering if anyone had any info on these wheels. I was told they are old wheels from the '70s and they show some signs of pitting but not much at all. I have been looking online and can't find much. Most everything says they were made by Western wheels and just signature Dan Gurney series. Doesn't matter to me, they look cool came at the right price and are gonna fit perfect on my '73 SB. Any info would be greatly appreciated though!

Ha...I saw you walking around with them. I had them on a 70 of mine back in the mid 80's.

good luck with the wheels...Hope u got lugbolts (with a shank on them) 4 those wheels, there almost impossable to fine 17mm head 14mm shank 1.5 mm threads....most guys endup runnin screw in studs with lug nuts..they were optional on 2.0 914 Porsche in the early 70.s
