Can anyone ID this? I found it on a fastback. The only id I can find on it is Wingard, England. Thats stamped on the clamps.

well i searched Wingard, England in google maps, and it didn't find the place.
So going out on a limb, i'd say it's a Wingard rack, made in England.

wingard made (marketed?) all sorts of universal car accessories in the uk. your rack is not VW specific but if you like it then what the hell!
