Look, too many people live life without taking risks, too many people are still stuck in Chicago, wanting to be where it' s sunny and can't man up and do it. I just did that, I was stuck in a dead end job, living where I did not like the weather, the people and the f'n Cubs fans. So I moved, just packed it in and moved to San Diego, 6 months ago. You want to talk about taking risks? Moved out here in the greatest financial/job crisis this great nation has seen in a long time. You think owning a bug is a risk? I think it's an investment, and something I can build pride in while making her run like a champ. (mostly). I don't think owning a piece of history and a great car like a Vdub is a risk at all, I think risks are necessary and too many people are satisfied where they are safe and comfy and that's why my generation, I'm 36 and all that follow is screwed. You opened up a can of worms with saying this is a risk...Put down your PS3 Controller and get out there and play a game of baseball, shoot some hoops, leave your cell phone at home for a day...I bet that's a risk to you too...Take care and don't assume risk on anyone. I happen to enjoy risk. Makes me a man, not a sally in life waiting for the next great thing to "come my way". Have a great day!!! :D :D :D

dude, pics, come on. I'm in Sd also, well, living in Italy but mines in SD. I hear you on paint, change numerous times till its applied, lets see pics.

You can always download them to photobucket and attach, regardless of size.

And the wife and I vacationed in SD two years ago (also visited El Cajon) and we loved it!

I think this should link you to the album?? I don't know never tried to do this before....yet another risk I guess. These first ones are the before pics...nest will be after paint, I have to get some more of those, but A few will be in my next post.
