Yes, the same company famous for manufacturing lots of metal fender skirts for cars (including VWs).
I've got one of these racks, but have never put it together to see what it actually looked like (they come collapsed on a cardboard box; you put them together with nuts and bolts, etc.), but this car for sale sure looks like it's sporting an authentic Foxcraft roof rack:

I can see why it wasn't a big seller. nothing like squared off angular lines to accentuate a curved vehicle... fugly.

| I actually had one of those for a few months back in 2000. I sold it for like 40-50 bucks as soon as I got a better rack. Mine was tan and I put stickers all over it. I sold it at a vw swap meet in tx to a kid w/ a tan super beetle. I never knew it was foxcraft. And thought it was extremely ugly so much so I thought it had to be missing something like a luggage carrier or tent. I don't even think I have any pictures of it on my car as I didn't like the look but it was functional. I got it from a little old lady that stopped me at a gas station and said she had a roof rack for a beetle I seriously figured I couldn't go wrong for the 10 she wanted I was thinking og bekowa when I folloiwed her home but i got this. :(. |

| That photo looks like someone photo-shopped a couple pieces of wood on top of the car. |
