Yes they fit between the wheel and the drum and bolt through the wheel bolts. I think i remember reading that the first time you mount them to a steel wheel you will have to tighten the bolts a little at a time so the cap forms to the wheel. because the cone hits the edge around the lug hole.
Also you can still see the drum.

| Centerline doesnt make these center caps. These are stamped out most likely China or Taiwan. Just about ever parts distributor with the likes of Empi, Bugpack, CB Performance, IAP and others buy these in bulk. I used to have a bunch of them, I found the best way to keep them from rusting was not to buy them. |
