| Hello everyone!!! I just bought a 1974 Super Beetle Sun Bug edition. It needs a lot of work but I can't wait to make her mine! Can anyone point me in a direction about turtle backs? When I bought my bug they were on there. But I haven't been able to find much info on them. thanks![/img] |

| Welcome. I live down in Centerville. Probably wont see my cruising around in my Bug for a while, as it's still apart, but I'm up to Ogden a lot as I go to Weber State. I always keep an eye out for bugs! |

A Sun Bug either has a sunroof or is a convert.

Hmmm, wonder if I know her? Odds are not, there are something like a total of 20,000 people that work there. But its possible. Does she drive a vw? |

The one thing I wish my car had is a sunroof. That would make it perfect. I just don't want to put an aftermarket one in, too much leaking. |

| if you need any engine work Art at ACE VW tuning does top notch work. I just had him do the work on my 68 (adjusting for altitude CA to UT) and my car runs like a champ. And if It counts, I work in Ogden, but live in SLC. So hi all. |

Art does do Top notch work, and he's a really nice guy to boot. It's fun to go hang around his shop for a bit, see what projects they've got going on. Especially on Club night (first Thursday of every month), then lots of people have their cars there. |
