So, one of my in-laws got word I have been working on my 1970 Westy. He was a VW mechanic back in the 70s and 80s and dug this book up for me.
It is a book VW mechanics recieved which has tolerances, tourque specs, volumes, ratios, etc. I'm not sure if this book has extra info other VW books may be lacking. If so I can scan pages on info people may need.
He also found some vintage VW patches I'm going to have to put on a shirt. :) |

Sweet!
I actually just emailed a guy who is selling a few on here about picking up one. Is it good?

Thanks for the links on the book Gruv and Toolbox. I wasn't searching in the right forum. I dig the book Caleb. The links above will get you to scanned pages. This will be the best way for you to know the complete content of the book. As an example, one table mentions gearing, grades of hills for each gear, mpg, etc. 160 pages of technical data.
Here are the "vintage" patches. Maybe not as old as I implied, late 70s -80s? Cool, none-the-less.
