Were these on all kombi/ station wagens? -talking about the 'plates' specifically.

They're pretty hard to find, it would seem. Here's a link to classified of NOS, pretty spendy, though.

I've often been just a tad bothered how my middle seat when bolted down, pushes up my mat and I think if I had these it would help that. I had no idea before seeing this pic, from the 72 owners manual, that they existed.

Anyone know/ know where to get some?

37.50 is a bit easier than 120, though I already paid like 75 for just the bolts and nuts and would pay the difference gladly to have the real thing. -I wonder, considering the location if they are really old stock or just oem meaning from brazil.

The WW page/ product says they'll fit all years. It seems they're supposed to go with the 'depression' down, as pictured there. My mat only has like a slit for each of the 3 middle seat supports, each with 2 spots cut out for the cast top 'holders'. Do these plates just push down/ compress the mat, or is it that I have a different mat?

Depends what year the bus or at least what year the mat is from. Later ones ditched the plates and went directly to the floor (long slots in mat). If your's is puckering the mat the seat may have a bent leg from being dropped on it's end coming out of the bus once.

Go take a look at his feedback. Sounds like they are the real thing. I just shot him an email about them, I need some too. We will see...

Ah yeah, I have the later mat is why. I guess I don't need those, though I imagine it is cool to have. -kinda misleading at wolfsberg west that they say all years!
