These are different designs which accomplish the same thing and that is to keep the inside axle from tucking on a turn. They do not affect ride height unless the spring plates were adjusted higher than stock in the first place.
The best one IMO is the one that clamps to the frame horns rather than the side cover nuts. However, that one is designed for the frame horns of a beetle, not a bus. It will fit but as you can see from the photos the fit is not that great. That one dates back to the sixties and is no longer available though they do show up on the classifieds in need of refurbishing from time to time. |

| I looked a good bit myself and could only find the style that attaches to the bottom of the trans. There is one for sale in the classifieds currently, but I do not know if it will fit a bus. It is under the performance section. |

The frame horn one is not available but if you made the center mount, the rest of the parts are the same.
I think there is a properly shaped Bus frame horn mount but I have never seen it. |

| your bus is never going to be a race car, enjoy the ride as it is. You lose articulation with the camber compensator. That is if you ever drive your bus off the beaten path. |

No, but it's no big deal. It will clamp on, but the clamps are the wrong shape.
Anything is safer than nothing. Buy the new kind; they're fine. |
