this is my problem I have a single releif 1965 bus case with sock crank stock connecting rods.. well used it has some rusted possible usable forged or cast aluminum pistons i dont know wich kind tho. has some aluminum heads probably resusable. the cylinder walls are probably re usable but one of them got bent while i was trying to remove them from the heads... so basically three of the jugs are still stuck in the aluminum heads. the previous owner of this motor over revved and shot a push rod past 2 of the rockers on the driver side. so it needs new connecting rods and probably 2 new rockers...
I would trade this thing or just buy any freaking motor for 300 bucks or 600 bucks please if anyone can help let me know.
I just need a running motor my transaxle is fine and my wiring and fuel pump all fine just motor!! needs replaced! il take any motor i just want to drive this thing to work and i have to drive 30 miles a day. to work my dad is driving me rihgt now in his v 10 dodge truck and it costs me almst 90 dollars a week in gas... so i get payed 400-450 a week but spend 100 on gas and then 20 a week on neccisity and then the rest into the vw i just got!!!
i live in arizona. I am willing to trade my motor parts... work i do landscaping tree work yard clean up. moving big trailer.. help! please. |
