| It looks pretty bad, I sold it to a friend after and a few years he had some engine problems and the car has been parked in his driveway .Its been a few years setting in the sun and rain and the paint is all faded, it had a cheap paint job so it didnt last. Rubbers are bad interior's not to bad, as a matter of fact I am going to get the car back and when I do I will post some photos up. 8) |

Some say you can never go home.. but it getting your old car back does present the chance to rework the old vision with what you have learned in the preceding 30 or so years.
I got my old MGB-GT back years after selling it for college money. The meathead never even registered it, sat under a pine tree for 15 years. I bought it back for 400 bucks, and then proceeded to pebble beach it. The only panel on the car that is original is the roof.. While I may be the financial fool, I now have MY car back, just the way I always wanted it. |

Cool story, when I painted the car the body was in near perfect shape'
the original color was orange but I changed it to Blue. I did not paint the
front hood compartment or the trunk because it was so clean so if I get
it back I will paint it the original color orange with a good paint job. :) |
