These buses are often mad ass builds by very talented metal workers. Just thought it would be a cool thread.

found this for sale today and i was surprised they made a "barndoor" bus with an actual rear hatch and a small engine lid! supposed to be a 55.

Real barndoors have 8 engine vents while later buses have more. I have yet to see a Barnnabe where they have taken the time to work out this detail. |

i figured it would be a real barndoor and not a fake considering it looks so all original!
did that finally make them figure out that there was a way to have some sort of rear hatch instead of a humungous engine lid? :) |

Double cabs came with fewer. The blue triple cab wasn't changed.

the dutch bus listed above has changed the vents to 8.
(theres still a hundred ways to tell its a barnabee)
