You should be able to run Combo's with stock l/p arms, but depending on what brakes you have, they will need to be changes as well as your wheel bearings. Just about all of the Combo spindles are set up to run the 3 hole BJ brakes, whether they are discs or drums. And the ID of the bearings is much larger.

You will new link pins as well because the King pin is quite abit thicker than the stock one. And buy good chromoly ones, not chinese. They also make them in 3M but they are pricey. You may also need to pick up a set of link pin shims to adjust your camber.

There are 2 sizes of link pins used, the 18mm which is really close,or stock. And then there are the King Kong link pins, they are around 7/8 I think. But they are mainly used in racing applications. I have run my combo's for 6 years and have not broken a link pin yet. Or a spindle. Although I did just get now ones from Tweeds. The new design uses hardened king pins and needle bearings instead of the older bushings. They kept wearing out every season and a half or so.

Personally, i'd stay away from the puck style clutches. They tend to be all of nothing and really tear up your flywheel and pressure plate. Not sure what size your motor is but a stage 1 Kep pp with a cush lok disk is what I run in my car. I still have a cable, and the motor is a Fuel injected 2110 with a dds cam and cnc ported 043 heads. It has never let me down, and I can slip it when I need to when taking off in soft sand.

If you run a 4-puc on the street any, you stand the very likely chance of busting your tranny.Been there done that, not fun!
