I'm going to build my T1 trans axle for my street /off road Baja
Now its stock and I'm having very good luck with it giving a positraction like action. Is this a normal for a stock baja stock trans?
I was wanting to build my stock trans a little for some off roading and I was going with a super diff. Will I lose my Posi action Im getting?
Do they make a posi rear end for bugs?
This baja is all most unstopable now and I dont want to lose that. Does the stock set up normaly give you posi type action? Im getting posi in snow/sand and most the time on ice now
Will the super diff lose some of the posi I have now?
Any help or ideas.
I spent the day out climbing 4x4's on the sand hills And that was the most fun I ever had in a baja.

| I'm not sure what action you are getting/think you are getting right now. all that weight over the rear really helps set these things apart from the other off road slugs out there. there are LSDs available for these trans, a dude by the name of Bruce often has a couple for sale if you PM him. aside from that there aren't many options aside from a locked rear end, and I can't imagine how rough that would be on pavement. |
