Hi all, Ive been floating around these threads for years, never did much posting. Tonight while in the shop working on my baja the thought cross my mind to somehow re-enforce my 1 pc f/g front end. Some type of skeleton underneath it? it's always seemed awfully flimsy. And thoughts of pictures of a similar setup would be appreciated! cheers :vw:

They don't move much once they are mounted though.

If you have a "tilt" style mount, I could understand wanting some extra bracing... but otherwise.. it seems unnecessary.

I used 4 of the auto-fab style urethane hood pins last time and it worked great.
