These were an aftermarket Volkswagen 4 lug bolt pattern Wheels, they were referred to as "Shelby Wheels" after the great Carroll Shelby.

Those aren't exactly the same wheel. Look at the groove in the lip of the one that typ3nut posted... plus the spokes seem more 'machined'.
vs. the one iVolkswagen posted.

Those look about right.
Mine are chromed, but somebody painted over them.
