I have a seal kit from Moore. There are orings with it. Where do the orings go on the arm? Also, there is an aluminum washer that I think goes under the axle nut on the stub axle, right or wrong?

how big are the o rings and how big is the copper washer?

As for the large large washer, it's essentially and oil slinger; it helps keep the oil from running down the axle tube and escaping into the drum on swing axle cars. On early cars, there is also a little weep hole in the bearing housing that meets up with a small hole in the backing plate that helps channel any errant oil to the outside.

NOTHING goes under the axle nut. That gets torqued down and cotter pinned in position.
