I replaced my turn signal assembly and now I am having problems getting the horn assembly right.

Could someone please post a pic showing where the plastic spacers, brass washer and springs go so the horn ring will return.

Driving me nuts. One of those things you think you will remember so you don't take a picture. Ha!

That's it! I got it installed. The only thing is that if I tighten the shouldered screws too tight, the horn will stay on. Someone posted that they should be tightened the way down or they will become loose. I had to back mine off to keep the horn from honking.

Someone didn't know what they were talking about. Adjusting the spring loaded screws is how you adjust when the horn works and how you center the horn ring. Tightening the screws all the way, as you found out, completes the electrical circut and causes the horn to honk.
