My Bentley manual finally arrived, but still didn't help. I need to know where the lines out of the tank go, and where the line from the pump go. I've looked at the pictures posted and still confused. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yeah Bentley is a little bit of a downer here in that they really don't cover it much. But here it is; out of the tank (the fitting with the nut), to the fuel filter, out of the fuel filter to "S" on the pump (suction), out of the pump "D" (discharge or pressure), then to the tunnel on the right (driver's side in the USA) facing the tunnel end cap (located just below the steel lines). The one on the left is return from the pressure regulator, and connects to a "Y" that branches on 1 side to "R" (return outlet of the pump), and back to the fuel tank. I hope this helps.

Out of the tank is the fitting with the hex nut to the tank.
The fittings on the pump will be marked. "S", suction, "D", discharge, and "R", return.
From the out on the gas tank, to a fuel filter. (NOT one of those little cheesy plastic ones, a real fuel filter.)
Out of the filter to the S on the pump. From the D on the pump, go to the fuel line going into the tunnel nearest the left side of the car.
From the line coming out of the frame as the rear, on the left, it then goes to the injectors on the left side of the engine.
From the injectors on the left, across the engine to the injectors on the right.
From the injectors on the right, to the fuel pressure regulator under the intake runners on the right and attached to the front engine tin.
From the output side of the regulator above the starter, to the fuel line going into the frame on the right side of the car.
Coming out of the frame on the right side of the car at the front, it goes to a "T" or actually is was a "Y" originally.
From one of the other ports on the T, it goes to the R fitting on the pump. And the 3rd fitting on the T will go to the return or second fitting on the bottom of the tank.
You will need about 20 ft. of 5/16" gas line. Our system is not a high pressure system, so you just need regular fuel line, not the high priced fuel injection line.
Also, you will need hose clamps for each connection. Use fuel injection clamps, not spiral hose clamps. They grip better and do not cut into the hose.

Thanks Bobnotch and Russ. I sketched up a diagram, that even I can't screw up, but we'll see.

You'd better replace All that OG fuel line with the woven covering. It Will develop pinhole leaks! Use 5/16" rubber fuel line to replace it.

I hooked everything up, and the fuel pump leaks. As they say, one step forward, two steps back.

yep all my stock rubber will be replaced erring on the side of caution. stuff that is non critical and checks out fine will remain.
