Can you adjust the camber on a 69 ghia? If so which way do I turn that thing on the upper ball joint to reduce the positive camber? The top of the wheel seems to be protruding outward and it is not level with the bottom part of the wheel. I am having some rubbing problem with that wheel.

It's an eccentric, so it doesn't matter which way you turn it, as long as you are moving the ball joint inwards. This picture will help you understand the principle:

Are you by chance running drop spindles w/ a standard width front beam? That's probably why you're rubbing. Drop spindles increase your track by about 5/8" on each side.
