Ok, trying to get most of the chassis assembled before putting the newly painted body back on. Brakes are pretty much all good to go, but I'm trying to figure out the following -
What in the world could ALL these brake lines be for ?? Am I missing a fifth wheel or something ?? I ordered front / rear disc brake kit from Topline and all new metal brake lines. Topline kit came with 4 braided lines, 2 short, 2 long..longer lines for front I think?? I can't possibly see what to do with ALL of them. I have a new master and I think the only thing I'm missing is the rear 3 way connector. Any good links to a complete brake schematic ?
The emergency brake cable seems very short and rubs on the axle stub. My air ride bracket kinda interferes with the cable, but why does the cable seem short ??
I also have a blockage in the throtle cable tube. I've tried shoving a stiffer wire from both ends and it gets stuck 18" from the rear tube. WTF ?? I thought it may be some debris from media blasting, but I've been poking at it with the other wire and it's just blocked..

| I think you might have your body to chassis seal installed upside down. Flat side goes down. Jeff |

It's deceiving in the picture but the seal is actually more of an H, their is no flat side as other seals... |
