| Sometimes the vice grip on the screw driver works but for the real bad ones I made a tool out of a socket to put on the impact gun, best to start out on low. |

well thanks, thats sorta what I just did. Welded a washer on the end of a 17mm bolt, ground it flat, then ground welds down so washer would fit slot. One buzz with impact is all it took. Those springs arent the easiest to get back in. I shot the sensor across the garage the first time when it slipped off my fingers. 3rd time I got it in. I noticed that tne sensor is slightly shorter than the plug, like about a 16th of an inch. Will that affect oil pressure any?
Just how hot should an engine get in a garage at 67 degree ambient garage temp? Also hooked up vdo oil pressure too. 12 pounds at idle and just under 40 when revved. |

| just ran it for over 45 minutes in the garage, temp got up to just over 140. I havnt even swapped out the autometer yet. I really didnt think it would read, but it did. I might just leave in the autometer. Gotta find my lazer temp reader. The autometer guage goes 100 to 340 degrees and is very easy to read. |
