| Hi can anybody tell me how to change the outside scraper on my 1954 ribbed doors do I have to take all the window and mech out or can it be done an easy way don't forget this is also with Crome trim |

| It's a 100 times easier with the window out to install the new one, but it can be done..with the window all the way down. There are just little pop in clips that hold it..so if you stand outside the car and push in on the chrome (it's all one piece) it will start to pop out for you. |

you also have to remove the felt channels. Chrome strip goes behind it.

| When you do swith them out save the old clip strip. The repops you get from WW or any of guys dont work as well as the original ones. just an FYI |
