You should only have power at terminal 50 on the starter when your ignition switch is in the `START` position.

In this diagram power goes from Battery positive to stater 30 to regulator B+ to headlight switch 30 to fusebox to ignition switch 30; and then thru switch back to starter 50. Check for a wire loose or not connected along that line.

Shouldn`t I have power to fuse block all ways?I have no power ther also.

Yes, you should always have power at the fuseblock, if your battery is charged and connected. If you have no power there follow the wires that I listed in the first post starting at the battery and moving towards the fuse block along the wiring harness. I sounds like a wire has become disconnected somewhere along the path. On my `63 there are actually 2 wires that connect at regulator B+; 1 comes up from the starter, the other is in the wiring harness that runs up in the roof to the fuseblock. If either of these aren`t connected you will have no power at the headlight switch, fuseblock or ignition switch.
