I just bough a dp out of a 73 super, I got the regulator and all to go with it. The regulator is a Bosch part # 0 190 600 015 VW# 043 903 803A it says it's for a alt that's what my engine has. Now my ? Is it has four wires coming out of the plug red and blue that are tied together, a green, and a blue. How would I tie that into my 6v wiring? Please help, if you need more info let me know, I'm lost.

The '73 would have been 12V, and you wouldn't be able to use the regulator on a 6V system. |

I'm also converting the whole car to twelve volt just the alternator, and regulator has me stumped, I do t want to start on it until I have everything lined out, moreless I wanna do it all at the same time.
