Good time (after a slow start on my part) thanks to Rich C for helping me get the Raffle Bus there.
Nice relaxing day in the park and a great after party at Rich's house.
I'm not sure why I've never made this show in the past. |

Great Show! Laid Back... amazing cars... and very cool people... and to say the least the best organzied most laid back no hassle show I have ever been to. Thanks To Mike, Dave, Rich and all that took their time to put this show on.
Thanks to Tony M for a very cool pre-show BBQ at his shop in Martinez.
and to Rich for a very relaxed and quite delicious (great tacos!) after party at his "Shrine to all things VW". Appreciate the Hospitality.
I showed up a little late, crane had already left so I didnt get into the tree house.. maybe next time. :) |

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that came to the show, the sponsors and to everyone who helped out. It was great to meet new people and check out some great cars. We are already planning next years show on August 7th, 2011. If anyone wanted a T-shirt and didn't get one let me know we are going to do a very limited second run. I also have some black Flex-fit hats for sale @ $17.50 in small/mediums or large/x-large.
Thank you,
Michael Rogers |

| Great show... and just a few blocks from my house (best car-show commute ever!). We've been out of the "scene" for some time, but it was fun to dust off the car and drive it over. I was even able to connect to the fella who built my motor, see a VW-neighbor-fan and meet some new folks. We'll be looking FWD to it in the years to come. Thanks, everyone. //hunter |

I missed the show and browsed the gallery photo's. Was there a 1961 Dove Blue SO34 flipseat at the show? That looks like a flipseat table. I'd like to see more pictures.
