Strip it and have it media blasted!

Pulled everything BUT the doors. I'm looking for a show to media blast it but just might go ahead and sand it down with a hand sander. I'll also be heading up to Austin VeeDub to see if there junk 911's have the "C" pillar I need. Cross your fingers.

I got the passenger side pan cut out and the new one trimmed up and sitting in place, Just need to start drilling holes to weld it in.

Finished the top of the passenger side pan, still need to put some welds under it near the tunnel. You can also see where i plan on cutting out the driver side.

I have to replace my pans. How nasty of a job is it? Were you able to break the factory spot welds with a air chisel or did you have to drill them out?

I only cut out what was no good. You can get the spot welds off if you want to but in my case didn't need to. I left a lip for it to sit on and drilled hole in it and spot welded it all around.
