Found some rust under thick bondo under the back window. Hope I can find some new pieces, or its a outlaw 912 :twisted: I just wont be able to drive in the rain :toothy2:

| i agree with sgmail46 don't wast money on that 912 engine do a vw and have more power at half the cost (jake raby engine) 8) :) |

Pulled everything BUT the doors. I'm looking for a show to media blast it but just might go ahead and sand it down with a hand sander. I'll also be heading up to Austin VeeDub to see if there junk 911's have the "C" pillar I need. Cross your fingers.

| I got the passenger side pan cut out and the new one trimmed up and sitting in place, Just need to start drilling holes to weld it in. |

Finished the top of the passenger side pan, still need to put some welds under it near the tunnel. You can also see where i plan on cutting out the driver side.
What kind of seam sealer do ya'll guys uses??? |

I have to replace my pans. How nasty of a job is it? Were you able to break the factory spot welds with a air chisel or did you have to drill them out? |

I only cut out what was no good. You can get the spot welds off if you want to but in my case didn't need to. I left a lip for it to sit on and drilled hole in it and spot welded it all around. |

| i use lord fusor it comes in no. 129 controlled flow or 122ez self leveling this is a two part seam sealer you'll need there gun to use it most auto paint stores that carry it will have a loaner gun at least here they do :) |
