| I really like the look of fender skirts on older bugs. What is the general opinion regarding the last model year that looks good with fender skirts? Only ovals? Early 60's? Lates 60's? Supper Beetles (uugh)??? |

l up fender skirts on just about all my car. Personally l like them on pre-64 cars. But there have been some nice cars on skirts Pre-67. You can see alot of cars on skirts on our Website WWW.THEGERMANFOLKS.COM

Do you know where I can purchase a set for a 65 bug? I found a place that has fiberglass skirts.... or should I stick to steel?

| I think that the skirts look best on early bugs prior to 1968. Most times they won't fit on the 68 and up bug fenders unless they are made for those models specifically. |

| Check skirtsandvisors.com. Trayle gave me the address. they have Steel skirts, and sell to the guy who advertises here. They fit German Fenders best. You will have to tweek aftermarket fenders a bit. |

| my personal oppinion is that they don't look right on a post 57 bug. they look cooler on a split or oval. but hey, that's just me. |
