Yes, A+ for Foreign Auto Supply
They have a very busy shop but John was very personable and helpful to me when I badly needed 1.9L exhaust parts to replace the S&S junk that was self destructing during an extended drive-about. He ordered a new muffler for my 85 Westy plus he found me a tail pipe, support bars and a stock muffler clamp in his stash of good used stuff. Very good vibe...
A few weeks later I called John again after I bent a steel rim in a Maine (Lobstah) pot hole. He had what I needed and insisted on running through his parts washer before selling it to me.
The shop is way off the beaten path but well worth the drive. |

I ordered a South African Lower Grill from FAST a few weeks back over the Thanksgiving Holidays, and they were very quick to get it out to me.
However, when I opened the package, I was dismayed to find that wraps around the side marker light had snapped. I contacted Chris at FAST to see if there was anything we could do, and, unfortunately, it wasn't sent insured. (to head off any comments, no, I didn't request it, and no, I wasn't offered it)
I asked if there was any way I could get a replacement, and he did offer me one at his cost. If I went that route, I'd now be out around $400 for this grill which should've cost $200 to begin with.
I'm disappointed. |
