| I have a 69 bug and a 74 bug, came across a 71 bug shell in good condition and was wondering what parts will work for either bug? seats, fenders, etc. thanks |

I have a 69 anything from ur 74 will fit from the wind shield back.
I think the same with the 71 the suspension is different so the hood and clip are different. The seats would depend on the brackets, you could take them out. I am not sure about the front fenders I think the holes wont line up. But the rear should be ok. |

You don't say if the 71 and 74 are superbugs - if they are standard bugs like the 69 then LOTS of stuff will fit, including most body panels.
The body and pans can be swapped - the engine lids (even with different slot patterns) are interchangable.
The engines of course - though to put the 71 or 74 doghouse into a 69 requires just a few changes - front tinware with the oil cooler exit hole, and one of the slotted engine lids for more cooling air inlet).
If the 71 and 74 are superbugs, then there is much less that will fit.
There are differences in the seat in either case though - the 71 and 69 seats look similar in the floor mounts but the 71 has plastic inserts in the runners, and the 69 is metal to metal. The 74 has a completely different seat mount - not interchanable with pre 73 cars unless you weld in a new floor mount.
