I'm looking for a good 84mm crank. All three have the Chrommally 4130 cranks. Is there any differance? Besides price!! Does the CB have the same quality as the other two? $300.00 differance. I don't mind spending the money if there is a true differance. But it looks to me that the Bugpack and Scat, I'm just buying a name. All the products that CB has seam to be of high quality. So why wouldn't it be the same for the cranks? Give me your opinion please.

There was a thread on this in the old forum, try searching there, personally I have a scat forged crank, although I've heard good reports about bugpak too, never dealt with CB myself.

The CB crank you're talking about sounds like one I put in my motor. Its real nice, cost about $600 at the time...forged and nitrited.
