I hope someone can help. Will the front and rear apron of a 67 fit me 69? I compared my brothers 67 to mine and they seemed realy similar. Also is there a kit or something, or some way that a regular old Joe like me can repair the throttle housing on my 30 pict carb. The wholes on the housing have worn out pretty bad and I can't tune it right it is sucking in too much air. I would appreciate and suggestions. Thank you

I'm not positive about the apron issue, but as far as the carb goes, this is NOT a job the amatuer do-it-yourself type person wants to tackle. Re-bushing a carb is a precise and difficult job, best tackled by those with the appropriate equipment. http://www.rimcovw.com is one place that performs this service. If you arent particularly attatched to this carb, new ones are readily available for under $150.00

a 30/31 is 115 bucks, I just put one on my car. Bolted it on, and it fired right up, no tuning needed....
