Hi,

You have no metaldashboard on the right side.
I am not shure what kind of interieur you have with a may/june old short seats ore the new version. ?

You also could call it "Zwitter" - because the car has some of the earlies - and some of the modern parts. As Markus said, your car has a small fueltank - but some later details like grooved bumper.
The car should have the old football-mirror, large VW-Hubcabs. If the chassisnumber is pre 1-0106717, the car should have the old pre49-tailights, if it is a younger production, it should have the taillights with the alloyed rings. The Numberplate-pressing on the rear decklid was used until chasisnumber 1-0111054. It is an interesting car because it was build until the big production-numbers of the beetle started |

Well, may or june? If it is a very early may car it even came still with the
metall glove boxes and the VW logo in the dashboard.
With pictures and a frame number we could tell you more. |

hello. I have an VW 1949 made on june 3 rd. chassisnr 106770.did they really "switch" at the number u wrote her(106717), or do we have some cars that could have some parts before and some after this date. 106717 must also have been made june 3. rd or not?
