| I currently own a 1973 Beetle that on the most part gives me no troubles, until lately. Lately it has been giving me ten-second starts, not all the time, but about every other time. After that it runs fine, no trouble. It had a cold start relay installed back in July, and up to now never gave me any trouble in this area. HELP! -Steve |

| check the points, the spark plugs, coil, adj the valves, etc...If my v-dub ever starts differently, I take it as a sign it needs a tune-up. |
