Ever think of building one yourself? It's pretty simple, and you get to make it as you wish.
Get some cardboard and make a template first.

I've seen them in JCWhitney and in The Real Source (they are on the web). I had one but I traded it for some VW parts because every time I went around a curve the console would shift position and then when I installed a shift lock the console wouldn't fit over it, so I decided to get rid of it period. VW drivers survived for 50 years without it so I figure I could, too.

Made mine from 1/4 inch plywood, because I already had it. Balsa wood should work too.
Use cardboard or poster board to approximate what you want. Trim to fit. Transfer template to wood, cut w/ jig or spiral saw.
Cover w/ foam rubber and some type of fabric/upolstery of your choice.
The tricky part is putting the pieces together, then getting it to stay put. The first one, I used black andoinzed (sp)from the outside. The material was black so they were hardly noticable. The next one, I didn't cover the outside till it was all together. To stay in place, make sure the sides overhang the tunnel some, and use brackets and machine screws to attach top to underdash. DIY means you can customize as you wish. I put speakers here, instead of in kick panels.
