| i have a 1970 bug with good body lines, the doors line up with the body. however the freaking trim only lines up on the front, the back is like a half inch higher!! WTF? are different year doors punched for trim differently? This crap is baffling me? |

| I've never heard of trim being off by 1 inch. In my experience when my trim has been off a few millimetres i bend the trim tab in the appropriate direction so the trim lines up. For you I would suggest redrilling the trim holes. |
