I searched and from what I can tell JGE and Eagle make repops. Is empi making repops now too? I am wanting to buy a set, a semi local place carries the empi's and it is tempting as I would not have to pay shipping. Are they the same wheel as what cip sells? Thanks.

Just opened up the boxes of CIP1 chrome jge raders. All I can say is the chrome is the worst I have ever seen, little unsure what I want to do with them.

My friend Jason is selling his brand new JGE rader wheels set of 5 here's the link. He is selling them complete with lugs etc... He bought them and never even opened up the boxes. jge or mws? last i knew the raiders cip1 was selling were mws and the chrome quality there would not be suprising. the jge stuff is usually much nicer...ken....

The ad online and sales on the phone today claim jge. The boxes are all CIP1 boxes. The back of the wheel has JBW on them, so I don't know. They are very light weight. They are up in the attic out of sight, out of mind for now. :( I was stoked for these to show up, a bit of a let down.

did you call cip1 with your displeasure?

and yeah jge should have that on them. i don't remember any stampings to mark mws.

cip1 lost my vote for where to buy wheels from when i know at least midland INCLUDES the center caps and lugs to them but they charge YOU extra for what they got as part of the package deal...ken....

Yes, been on the phone, I have to talk to Chris, the wheel specialist yet. I think I will just send them back. Done with Cip1 wheels for sure. Chalk it up to lesson learned.

the chrome mws gas burners i got the wheel chrome looked good. however the chrome on ALL of the centercaps they sent was closer to gold than chrome...ken...

It was not the color, it was that the chrome looked like clear coat with orange peel. I can't make up my mind what to do. My whole idea of chrome was ease of keeping clean. I originally was going to go with BRM's thinking they would be clear coated making them easy to keep up.
